Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing a successful relationship between Time Warner Cable and all national retail partners (Wal-mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, HH Gregg) within the Carolina Region as well as hosting special sales events and trainings in order to achieve specific measurable sales goals by maximizing sales performance and activation rates among Sales Associates in retail partner locations through training, event management, product management, and assisted sales; Responsible for assisted selling at table events; Training, coaching, motivating, and monitoring retail sales associates; Executing in store sales events and promotions; Research and address any customer or client complaints; Maintenance of displays, POP and POS materials; Conduct meetings and training sessions with department heads, sales associates reviewing current promotions, new technology, and sales practices; Responsible for covering all retail locations on a weekly basis and able to set priorities; Residential retail products included digital cable, HD digital cable, high-speed internet access, digital phone; Performed market analysis and competition comparison on residential services and products
