Daily Duties at Ettain Group:
Consulting with Family Dollar Stores, Inc. on a Frame Relay to xDSL conversion project for 1600 plus stores; Act as the SME for xDSL services; Responsible for procurement, provisioning, and management of xDSL services for project stores; Coordinate efforts of the xDSL procurement process with corporate and the project team insure proper documentation and tracking of the deployment progress; Schedule, coordinate, and manage the deployment of new xDSL installations with third-party vendors and carriers; Responsible for financial and service analysis of xDSL carriers; Build and maintain relationships with carriers and third-party vendors such as AT&T, Verizon, SBC, Granite Telecommunications, and Legacy BellSouth; Update and manage inventory for new and existing xDSL service along with wireless hardware; Responsible for delivering and decision making on pricing for xDSL with the best ROI; Responsible for project audit analysis of invoices including MRCs, NRCs, equipment cost, and access charges to ensure billing accuracy; Responsible for negotiating the best possible pricing for telecommunications services
