Daily Duties at Home Shopping Network:
Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of 30 –35 customer care professionals to deliver quality focused interactions with our customers.• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of representatives engaged in delivering excellent customer service and promoting and selling products.• Builds effective teams and promotes teamwork through consistent interaction.• Monitors the representative’s behaviors and provides constructive feedback to improve performance.• Interprets statistics reported for AHT, availability, productivity, quality, etc, and determine how they relate to the business.• Complete and administer PEP’s for all direct reports in a timely manner.
