Daily Duties at Williams Express Inc.:
Perform month end closing procedures, provide P&L analysis to Senior Management, provide accounting support for the design and implementation of various internal systems, review the preparation of Sales and Use Tax Returns for 200+retail stores, supervise and assist in the monthly bank reconciliation process for 200+retail stores, supervise and assist in the Accounts Payable function for 200+ retail stores, work with vendors to resolve any discrepancies regarding past due Accounts Payable. assist in implementation of Oracle Accounts Payable system, supervise 13 clerical staff.
