Daily Duties at Unifi, Inc.:

• Managed second level technical support. • Oversaw the installation and configuration of network printers and queues. • Built and imaged laptops and desktops • Trained Support Center Staff on new software, hardware and any non-standard user issues • Provided assistance to Site Support teams at other Unifi locations. • Assisted with Windows 95 rollout to all Unifi employees (building/installing), the conversion to Microsoft Outlook 98 from MS Mail 3.5, and the upgrade from Novell 3.x to Windows NT 4.0. • Assisted the support center staff with problem calls. • Oversaw hardware upgrades, including memory, hard disk and CD-ROM/CD-RW drive installations. • Acted as the Technical Lead for Windows 2000/Office 2000 rollout.
