Daily Duties at Day & Zimmerman:

Maintain and update drawing files through a plantwide database, made basic drawing corrections using MicroStation, research drawings for internal and external customers, maintain office supply cabinet, schedule personnel for external training courses, schedule office machine repairs, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project. Entered site wide and plant division projects into SAP. Created and edit purchase requisitions based on projects and cost centers into SAP. Used Excel to track drawings work request and Access database to create a list of drawings and link them to a particular piece of equipment.
