Daily Duties at Hmei (June 2002 To September 2005):

Managed Managers who supervised a total of 1-10 employees including maintenance staff. Responsible for the overall profitability, financial direction, coordination, and evaluation of properties within the portfolio. Carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Maintained the ability to describe the overall portfolio makeup including strengths, weaknesses and needs of each property. Determine, implemented and followed up on any corrective action plans for deficiencies found at a property. Reviewed and approved all property purchasing with complete adherence to the expense budget. Responsible for property risk management, safety standards, employee and resident liability. Other Duties included: • Communicate appropriate information between properties and legal counsel to avoid negative legal consequences • Review and implement salary adjustments of personnel
