Daily Duties at Contractor – (9/2005 – 2/2008 ):

Practiced structured ITSLCM at client sites using HP/ Peregrines’ Service Manager / Service Center application and external interfaces. Focused on Service, Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration , Availability, Service Level Management and ITIL best practices while providing over 12 years of subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to IT processes and practices. Worked in a team environment to accomplish advanced customizations based on requirements and the established processes. Responsible for responding to the business requirement document, developing the design, construction, testing, deployment to production and COOP. Practice separation of duty within team for moving new system to different environments using Harvest (software release manger) and or Process Version Control System (PVCS).
