Daily Duties at Lemont Center:
Supervised a a team of recreational aides; produced staff schedules; developed, implemented and reviewed recreation programs and special events; assessed individuals for likes/dislikes and abilities pertaining to recreational pursuits; documented the resident’s leisure pursuits in progress notes; completed sections of the MDS forms as pertaining to the recreational pursuits; provided guidance and supervision of resident council; prepared and administer care plans with goals and objectives for the residents; provide managerial supervision of the facility during evenings and weekends.
