Daily Duties at Cadec Global Inc.:

Responsible for the technical application, implementation and training of Cadec and third party hardware and software products, including the configuration of client desktop computers, servers and communications (WWAN and LAN). Providing customer support through explanation of technical information and instruction in the operation, maintenance and repair of multiple products. Acting as a customer liaison to expedite and resolve customer issues by working with QA, Engineering and Technical Support departments. Training and supervision of third party hardware installation teams.
