Daily Duties at Hmr Tech, Llc:
Responsible for Administrative Support to the Director and Office Manager to the Joint Theater & Air Missile Defense Organization. Prepared travel orders and electronic travel vouchers for staff personnel. Perform correspondence reports, technical documents and other material for staff. Ordering and maintain office supplies. Maintain calendars and schedules for conference room meetings. Conduct general office duties including word processing, filing, printing, copying, faxing and answering telephones.
