• Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette - Schedule sales appointments in call center environment - Leader in total set appointments for 11 of 22 pay periods - Provide assistance to customers and sales reps daily - Handle customer and rep inquiries, complaints, and other issues • Highly developed organizational skills - Prepare daily sales, calls, and opportunity reports for executives and managers - Learned FoxPro, Crystal Reports, and Salesforce.com CRMs • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Communicate via e-mail/phone/nextel to over 70 sales reps daily - Responsible for sending scheduled appointment information to reps - Leader in confirmed appointment ratio in 9 of 11 months • Positive and proactive participation in problem resolution - Reorganize sales calls and rep schedules during time conflicts/problems - Contact customers for sales reps to manage sales presentation issues • Ability to be persuasive and influential with internal customers - Save customers calling to cancel sales demonstrations - 94% of all confirmed opportunities had in-home presentations • Exhibit professional image and uphold/represent company goals and visions - Company culture required dress shirt/tie Monday-Friday - Volunteered to train 2 new employees - Awarded 2007 'MVP' of department by CEO, Manager, and Supervisor
