FINANCIAL/INTAKE COORDINATOR Responsibilities include Coordinating payments for Nursing Facilities. This entails serving as a liaison between the Nursing Facility, 3rd Party Payees (MC, MA, Private Pay and Insurance Carriers), and assuring payment for services rendered. Intake information on new residents gathering information for financial needs. Investigates unpaid claims. Sends out courtesy billing. Experience in a long-term healthcare & nursing home facilities. Expertise in collections, appeals, & legal negotiations. Establishes reports to measure, monitor, benchmark and report leave activity across programs. Strong collection experience. • Exceptional communication and problem resolution skills. Daily communication with attorney’s and courts finding resolution.
