Managed all financial reporting for a $150 Million homebuilding division, reporting to the Division President. • Analyzed, consolidated, and directed all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. • Monitored sales, closings, backlog and starts to reach monthly, quarterly and annual goals. • Developed budgeting, forecasting and analytical tools using Excel. • Provided leadership, oversight and evaluation of the financial performance of the division, through planning, organizing and directing the various functions. • Communicated financial performance of the division to the senior management team. • Presented divisional forecast and budgets to corporate and divisional senior management team. • Oversaw and evaluated impairment analysis.
