Starting with face to face sales, and then going to Call Center Sales, I have developed a keen appreciation for the skills needed to succeed in making offers to customers; it's all about adding value and giving exceptional customer service. I round out those skills by finding and implementing the most efficient processes available with in the companies guidelines to increase productivity for my teams as well as myself. Training is vital to the success of any venture and staying up to date on the services, products, as well as policies is critical to reduce errors when dealing with customers both internal and external. I know any company willing to add me as a team member is looking for improvement month over month, year over year and I am dedicated to meeting any expectations put before me.
