Daily Duties at Valley National Bank:

Duties included: Answer telephones and handle customers needs. Report to 2 Loan Officers. Process overdrafts in the morning, contact customers Process real estate, commercial, and consumer loans daily from Windows LaserPro. Work exceptions daily from a report processed from Jack Henry on a weekly basis. Fax, copy and order supplies for various machines when required. Work with all areas of the bank to assist with customers needs.
