Daily Duties at Karmann Technical Development:
Schedule and plan prototype builds. · Maintain and control inventories using SAP. · Establish processes so that future builds will improve productivity. · Follow up with problem suppliers. · Keep Program team advised of part status (increase or decrease of customer build requirements, deviations to current parts) as well as shortages resulting from Quality issues or problematic suppliers. · Record and track part levels used in each prototype built. · One of a few responsible for the implementation of SAP in the prototype area.
