FAURECIA EXHAUST SYSTEM, Toledo, Ohio Master Planner/Customer Contact 1999 – 2002 Analyzed total OEM requirements, developing and implemented plans to meet demand. Coordinate scheduling, manufacturing and shipping activities and assist in the implementation of total production plan. · Reduced finished goods inventory by 50% over two years (2000-2001). · Coordinated customer contact meetings with both internal and external customers. · Supervised one Material Planner and two Inventory Control Coordinators. · Developed master plan to meet customer demand; establish daily shipping schedules. · Monitored Ford DDL, OEM and service system on a daily basis. · Updated staff on shipping and overtime changes, parts shortages, and past due orders. · Maintained on-hand inventories of finished goods. · Actively participated in A.P.Q.P., Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing programs. · Responsible for scheduling service orders for on time delivery.
