Daily Duties at Eds:
Responsible for creation, reviews & approvals of EDS Desktop Service rates for all Infrastructure & End User Service offerings for the Americas & European geographies. Identify gaps & overlaps in existing EDS I.T. capabilities Complete the following steps to in order to accurately determine the EDS cost structure; (1)determine the technical inputs for the cost build up for each capability, (2)ensure the components included in each solution BoM were sized and costed correctly, and (3)consult with service delivery teams on cost factors during rate build up process: labor costs, FTE metrics, & delivery assumptions.
