Daily Duties at Fifth Third Bank:

* Provides support to various loan production areas of the Bank, with an active role as the Credit Department Leader. * Insure that all loan requests prepared meet the quality standards established by the Bank to insure safety and soundness. * Integral role in the decision making processes insuring accurate accounting of financial strengths, loan structure and compliance. * Management of a staff of five Credit Analysts. * Develop analysis package utilizing Excel in a template format. * Management of a local Credit Department servicing the South Florida Market encompassing five offices and thirteen lenders. * Responsible for all Appraisal Reviews, Environmental Reviews and selection of service providers to the Bank, including External Counsel, Title Companies, Appraisal Firms, Environmental Firms and Engineering Firms
