* Responsible for portfolio management of various Small Business Loans consisting of Secured and Unsecured Business Lines of Credit, Commercial Real Estate Loans, Commercial Construction Loans comprising 1,250 accounts and valued at $118 million dollars. * Leadership support within the Credit Department in support of the Commercial Lenders and Business Banking Lenders. * Integral role in the overall decision making process with authority of $500 thousand dollars. * Assists in training both internal staff members within the Credit department and Business Banking Representatives. * Maintain portfolio delinquency below established parameters of 1.0%, with an overall average delinquency in the portfolio of 0.48%.
