Responsible for training installation service technicians, technical support engineers, end-users and in-house training staff. Acted as technical training liaison to sales management, product management, and marketing communications departments. Coached and mentored eight technical trainers/developers. - Generated $75,000+ of revenue in one year by delivering onsite training. - Facilitated over 8 technical courses ranging from 1 to 10 days in length producing departmental revenues of $6,000 to $26,000 per course. - Target audiences included field engineers, customer service/support technicians, contract center system designers, call center managers, supervisors and end users. - Provided on-site training and created scenario-based training to simulate work environment. - Provided soft skills training for Human Resources department.
