Daily Duties at First Growth Capital, Llc:
* Manage “Factoring & ABL” portfolio’s maintaining delinquency within established guidelines. * Oversee all internal operational functions from Loan Proposals through to Closing & Funding. * Staff Management of 7 individuals comprised of loan processors, underwriters and collateral analysts. * Establish policy guidelines for “International” Trade Payables program. * Management and monitoring of “client” non-performing and work out loans. * Promote / Establish cross training program for staff.
