Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:

Served as project manager of implementation and single point of contact support 2 major wireless companies. • Project implementation support for Product Line Marketing Team with 10 employees. • Consulted with 2 wireless companies to determine project requirements and timelines. • Developed and monitored project plans, documentation, and resources to ensure on-time project delivery. • Partnered and coordinated with internal IT network services personnel to troubleshoot and resolve network problems. • Drove project teams to meet deliverables and exceed customer expectations. Teams consisted of 15 members from 5 cross functional groups - planning, implementation, workforce development, testing, & network services. • Managed and led remote national project teams responsible for implementing ~20 new products and services. Identified resources to ensure appropriate teams were engaged on developing and implementing projects.
