Daily Duties at Automation Software Inc:
Responsible for all accounting and finance. Worked with Company President to grow annual revenue from $4 million to $40 million in five years while maintaining 25% profit. Worked with six managers to develop their business segment plans and provide them information to maintain productivity/profitability. Developed incentive plans for all employees based on criteria that promoted growth. Company management was absorbed by parent OEM as demand for their product fell.
