*Installed new ancillary account software (Accounts Payable, Payroll & Deposit Platform) for external customers across the U.S. *Designed, authored and delivered training for bank employees on new software *Front line contact for customer questions/trouble with software *Coordinated and managed Year End procedures (W2’s, 1099’s etc)

Experienced Employee
I am an experienced Bank employee that would like to share my skills in a career move. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others and helping them succeed in their employment. I previously had a traveling/teaching/training position, and enjoyed it very much but a family illness needed me to attend to it. I then realized that I need to stay close to home and took a position and really enjoyed it but believe I am one to share my experiences with other.Thank you and I am looking forward to the opportunity to go over my qualifications for a training position.
