Daily Duties at First Premier Bank:
*Cross-sold applicable and needed products to new and existing customers *Initial customer contact person for the Branch *Primary contact with existing customers, re: checking account discrepancy *Liason between the customer and operations department *Assisted with outbound calling for renewal CD and also new CD customers *Prepared Loan documents for loans (under $10,000.00) *Main “go to” person to assist other Personal Bankers *Investigated customer concerns to determine if fee credits were applicable *Field all questions between the Loan Service and Deposit Service department

I am an experienced Bank employee that would like to share my skills in a career move. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others and helping them succeed in their employment. I previously had a traveling/teaching/training position, and enjoyed it very much but a family illness needed me to attend to it. I then realized that I need to stay close to home and took a position and really enjoyed it but believe I am one to share my experiences with other.Thank you and I am looking forward to the opportunity to go over my qualifications for a training position.
