Administrator for 60 bed dementia specialty long term care facility. Responsible for budget development, analysis and implementation; human resources; recruitment, retention and supervision of 45 employees. Accounts receivable and payable; payment system managing accounts receivable from private and state sources; payroll; public relations and marketing of business, including electronic and print media, and local organizations. Required extensive knowledge of state and federal rules governing business, labor, Medicaid and Medicare, and long term care.
