• Sourced and recruited IT & Non-IT professionals in MA, NY, CA regions ( DBA’s, Programmers, Unix/Linux Administrators/Engineers, Exchange Administrators 2003/2007, Software Test Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Java J2EE Developers, Administrative Assistants, Portfolio Administrators, Fund Accountants). • Recruited professionals ranging from Associate 1 to VP level in Investment Services, Global Wealth Management, Enterprise Technology and Integration. • Provided excellent customer service and vendor management. • Negotiated applicant salaries and vendor fees. • Meet daily with managers and co-workers to implement Sourcing and Recruitment strategies. • Supported other recruiters and managers in sourcing for high-volume career fairs & college fairs. • Liaison between applicants, management, and immigration attorneys concerning applicant’s visa status as well as background status. • Documenting, reviewing, and verifying data in ATS and WIP (Work In Progress). • Provide customer satisfaction and maintain excellent working relationships with hiring mangers and applicants. • Updated ATS – Oracle, Peoples Soft and Active Recruiter on a daily basis. • Train new hiring managers in hiring policies. • Received training and implemented OFCCP rules and regulations. (Reason for leaving: Contract ended)
