Daily Duties at Softscape:

• Sourced and recruited professionals on an international level with various skills throughout US, UK and Australia branches. • Sourced and recruited inside-sales professionals to provide lead generation and business development representatives with CRM, ERP, and HCM experience. • Sourced and recruited for IT Engineers for corporate office (Frontline C/C++, Backline C/ C++ software engineers (C, C++, and Java), Java technical leads and Desktop/Network professionals (Windows/Unix). • Meet daily with managers in US & UK office to strategize and implement new recruiting strategies • Review, update, and verify WIP (Work in Progress) and ATS. • Dealt with various schools, colleges and preferred vendors in filling requisitions. • Negotiated applicant salaries as well as our vendor fees. • Trained hiring managers in conducting successful interviews. (Reason for leaving: Contract ended)
