Managed creation and revision of 300+ official documents which required annual review; working with tight deadlines, completed documents accurately and on time, which resulted in consistent positive audits of technical documentation; set up database in MS Access to track status of documents; reviewed and updated procedures and templates covering software requirements and design, test plans, test reports, release notes, and user manuals; conducted interviews with subject matter experts to understand and present technical material; reviewed publications and recommended changes in approach, scope, format, text, and methods of production and dissemination; worked closely with Quality Assurance personnel to ensure documents met defined QA standards; notified employees of new and updated documents; and posted documents on the Intranet.
