DIRECTOR OF CONTRACTS AND MARKETING “ASSISTED OWNER IN REDEFINING AND DEVELOPING THE BUSINESS MODEL FROM LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS TO NATIONAL LEVEL WITH CONTRACTS IN EVERY STATE” Provide new strategic vision and operational goals to optimize bottom-line improvements based on changing client demographics from small business accounts to Fortune X00 accounts resulting in signing on new national accounts including Siemens Energy & Automation, Conoco – Phillips, Exxon – Mobile and Chevron – Texaco; raising gross revenues by $1.5M annually Designed new web marketing and advertising techniques to fully utilize available advertising mediums, saving $55K annually Specialized in hiring on Information Technology candidates; led a 73% fill ratio for high profile clients
