Promoted to VP (of the client server group) in Information Technology, after consolidating and re-engineering various database applications. • Supervised team of 9 (some contractors) in client server development. • Performed system analysis and design and led architecture and development of Executive Decision applications. • Performed application integration with Contact Management software vendor to be used by million dollar brokers. • Participated in selection and deployment of new hardware and software applications to revitalize brokerage offices. • Wrote development standards including database naming conventions. • Participated on CIO task force for determining deployment of distributed database model.
