Within 90 days, delivered new hardware, software and integrated applications to branch brokerage office of million dollar brokers. Being hired by the marketing department, the goal was to integrate data and applications. In conjunction with a third party vendor of contact management software, integrated their application (SQL Server) with broker trading system data (AS400). Promoted to VP (of the client server group) in Information Technology, after consolidating and re-engineering various database applications. • Supervised team of 9 (some contractors) in client server development. • Performed system analysis and design and led architecture and development of Executive Decision applications. • Performed application integration with Contact Management software vendor to be used by million dollar brokers. • Participated in selection and deployment of new hardware and software applications to revitalize brokerage offices. • Wrote development standards including database naming conventions. • Participated on CIO task force for determining deployment of distributed database model.
