Daily Duties at Providian Financial:
Asked by the CIO to create and lead a team for new business acquisitions. The team brought 2 million new customers from 4 portfolios into the bank after evaluating 12 portfolios of accounts. The system was designed to be generic for any portfolio being submitted, not matter the incoming file layout. • Managed staff of 8 contractors, 1 full time employee. • Worked directly with C-Level executives on analysis and decision making. • Mentored employee to take over leadership upon departure.
