Daily Duties at Accenture:
During a system conversion at Kaiser, acted as project manager to lead a team of staff and employees doing report conversion to the Epic/Clarity data warehouse during the installation of Epic Software. Successfully wrote specifications for over 100 reports (interviewing doctors, departmental heads and Epic personnel) while also teaching data stewards how to generate those reports using Crystal Reporting against Teradata. These reports would support thousands of end users throughout the region and be used as templates for the national project. • Supported Epic subject areas – OpTime (surgery), Inpatient, Outpatient and some Prelude (Revenue). • Taught the Epic reporting data model and Crystal Reporting to Kaiser Employees. • Acted as liaison between NCAL and SCAL IT departments (DBA, business and analytic groups) and National Leadership. • Mentored junior Accenture ATS staff (including performance reviews). • Created reporting specifications documents and managed project issue log.
