Daily Duties at Xl Global Services:

Technical Specialist:responsibilities included liaison between local/long distance carriers, ordering telephone services, coordinate and supervise the provisioning and installation of circuits/lines pertaining to voice/data for startups, relocation and consolidation of companies throughout the US. . Developed training documentation for end users reference on the features of Nortel phones and Call Express voice mail systems. . Handled upgrades of desktop telephone and Videoconferencing equipment throughout the US. . Coordinated and administered videoconferencing of point to point and three or more location conferences. Accomplishments • Collaborated and supervised the US Corporate headquarters of +250 User’s telephone services and communication hardware and confirmed that the services were fully functional before opening day. • Negotiated the procurement of 300+ phones, reconfigured, installed and trained personnel which saved significant maintenance costs. • Addressed a local carrier overcharge, provided accurate validation of incorrect charges, and received credit for incorrect billings totaling $60K. handling day-to-day telecom responsibilities which included all service requests/issues on the Nortel phone systems, Call Express voice mail systems, coordinating videoconferences, procuring telecom/data
