Management of three city owned venues, Memorial and Festival Hall and Festival Park. Responsible for budget development and implamentation, Capital Improvements, Marketing, Advertising, Client Relations, Customer Service, and Contract Management. Scheduling and booking of events i.e. festivals, concerts, corporate meetings, trade shows, weddings.
