Daily Duties at Arthur Murray Dance Center:
Responsibilities: Organized and managed front desk, greeted and assisted students with scheduling and account inquiries. Answered phones, retrieved and distributed messages correctly, collect daily and delinquent payments by cash, check, credit card and ACHs, prepared collection letters and bank deposits. Maintained accurate credit card log and cash drawer, generated signs for various events and announcements using Paint Shop, processed and maintained gift certificate information, correctly entered payments and refunds on accounts into an internal database, scheduled appointments, accounted and balanced sales for weekly report purposes, ordered general office and dance supplies for students, staff and the studio. Signed for delivered supplies UPS, Fed Ex etc….
