Daily Duties at Volt Staffing Services:
Assisted Controller with payroll using ADP program, sorted mail to match PO and Receivers with vendor invoices, coded Expense report with proper GL accounts for approval. Coded and Entered all vouchers in MAS200 program, processed weekly ageing vendor report for approval from controller and cut checks for all vendors. Assisted Spanish speaking employees with any payroll issues, 401K, medical, dental benefits and claims.
