• Directed a staff of 2 Managers and 10 Allocators in a $150 million business • Introduced seasonal margin planning, monthly planning and weekly sales reviews • Worked with the IT department to develop an automated planning and allocation system. Developed with the IT team, an automatic key receiving system tied into the distribution system, enabling allocation sheets to be produced without having to rely on manually written information, for the distribution area. • Restructured the staff from Allocators only to Managers, Planners and Allocators • Trained the Planning and Allocation Staff along with the Buyers on proper planning and allocation technique • Spearheaded the drive to have an EDI system incorporated in Women’s Hosiery • Advised the company to install the Arthur Planning System to replace the in house system developed 8 years prior • Created a reporting system to help monitor and analyze store performance by class
