Daily Duties at Micro Media Imaging Systems:
Developed in-house applications to perform essential batch processes at 1,000 – 5,000 documents per batch: * Inspected and validated data files for accuracy and compliance to clients’ validation rules. * Cropped scanned document images into sections stored to individual computer files, a savings of $10,000. * Paginated individual document image files into multiple-page files. Created a monitoring program to retrieve over 10,000 daily e-mailings of clients’ documents to extract and recognize their barcodes, and forward e-mail of resulting recognition status to each client. Originated conversion of block text data files to structured data implemented within developed programs to increase automated processing speed and productivity rate. Assisted end-users to utilize created data entry software to post patient study data submitted for timely postings to federal government. Developed a medical document reference system that displays a series of digitized documents using complex queries.
