Assisted with general accounting functions; maintained journals & handled A/P & A/R - Responsible for managing direct sales order, making sure they get shipped in a timely fashion as well as invoice preparation and follow up making sure it gets paid. - Also responsible for online factoring, credit reports and prepare daily & weekly reports - Performed warehouse inventory audits, generated daily and weekly reports and tally against sales & purchase orders.
