Generalist Skills & Responsibilities •Recruit, interview and select qualified applicants for store-level hourly and management positions •Plan and conduct regular staff meetings on company and store related topics •Conduct new hire orientation and management training courses •Train and supervise managerial and hourly performance appraisals •Organize company sponsored events and activities •Manage volunteer outreach activities and projects Labor Relations •Respond to employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary •Review and document all disciplinary actions
