Daily Duties at Sambuca:
Sambuca is a high-end line of restaurants in five different major urban areas that include: Nashville, Houston, Dallas and Atlanta. In my position as a line cook, I walk a creative line between following precise recipes and other specifications from the head chef and creative freedoms. With deadlines in minutes, I strive to deliver the four star quality fine dining and meet the precise specifications of quantity, quality, and visual appearance of the product. Without the picture plastered menus or facsimile food that other restaurants rely on; I create, design, listen, manage myself and produce culinary art in each dish. This grabs attention, promotes word of mouth advertising and repeat business.
