Daily Duties at Constar International:
Client relations, employee training, compile weekly and monthly billing and attendance records for head of the accounting dept. Answer multiline phones, file, copy, fax, type, etc. Maintain all files in a proper manner and have them ready for quick and easy location and access. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer and Outlook daily, strong typing and communication skills.
