Daily Duties at Marc Realty:
? Manage the day-to-day operations of an 400,000 square foot Class B commercial office property. ? Supervise six employees, including maintenance, cleaning, construction, security and clerical personnel. ? Maintain positive relationships with tenants by organizing regular building meetings. ? Developed a quarterly newsletter to tenants providing updates on building related issues. ? Directly involved in all tenant relation issues, management of vendor services, and other property performance issues. ? Coordinated construction efforts for office build outs; office liaison for construction bidding and as company representative at construction bid meetings. ? Prepare and administer reports such as Annual Operating Budgets; Monthly Lease Expiration Schedules verify Rent Roll for corporate review. ? Prepared Pricing Worksheet, Purchase Order, Receiving Reports, etc. in accordance with the corporate Purchasing and Payables policies. ? Worked with project management to coordinate tenant construction and tenant move-ins. ? Excellent ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
