Daily Duties at Marc Realty:

Assisted the Property Manager during lease signing and Property Management Orientation with all new tenants. Greeted all current and future tenants on the telephone and in person. Handled general administrative duties, such filling faxing, copying and mailing. Inspected each property weekly and made recommendations to Property Manager. Prepared and coded all property invoices for Property Manager approval. Completed all move in and move out inspections. Prepared all scopes of work for vacant units and assign to the appropriate work team.
