Daily Duties at Nextlink Wireless Inc.:

• Built a lead generation and competitive tracking tool with over 3,000 contacts, to provide to the Sales team, targeted companies to focus on sales. The work led to the development of a competitive database which was used by the sales team in training and customer presentations. • Designed and implemented the approach used for targeting key geographic segments for business expansion, using internal resources and Dun & Bradstreet data. • Led the enforcement of company positioning, branding and tone in all forms of communications as related to the company’s wholesale and retail customers and sales teams. • Designed and authored Customer Welcome Kits for the company’s reseller program; designed and implemented the customized partner information portals available via Nextlink.com. • Managed all aspects of trade show logistics and execution including sales collateral, promotional items and trade show contacts. Identified methods to create effective product displays while lowering costs (savings up to 75% on some displays) and obtaining new sales lead opportunities. • Key contributor in launching Nextlink as a new company, including brand development and management, creation of all internally and externally related company and product informational elements, and the development of extranet and intranet. In this role created and launched the processes required to manage the development of marketing materials for all product launches. • Lead the teams creating marketing plans and customer collateral for all internal and external stakeholders. Reviewed, edited and updated all product related collateral materials for more than 20 brochures.
