Managed risk and ensured the successful completion of Digital Media product testing by establishing and monitoring quality assurance processes throughout the product development lifecycle. Recruited, hired and mentored testing staff. Established and evolved SQA practices within the organization, implementing organizational standards and quality control. Lead the effort to define and implement effective and efficient testing processes, documentation, tools, and testing methodologies. Established collaborative relationships with project managers and software development managers to ensure the success of project test phases. Participated in the Methodology and Tools Council and other Steering Committees as necessary. Reviewed business requirements and software system designs for testability, as well as, the creation of test strategies and test plans for all product releases.
