Daily Duties at Tac Worldwide Companies:
Manage and oversee all sales, marketing and operational functions and programs of this $65 million transportation vertical division of a global corporation providing supplemental staffing, managed service programs, IT outsourcing and executive placement to Fortune 500 companies. Direct day to day operations of 35 employees in multiple locations in sales, recruiting and human resource support activities of national accounts with business located in 25 states and Canada. Supervised and participated in new business development, client relations and new program development including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture development, contract negotiations and responding to requests for quotes, information and presentations. Supervised administrative staff to ensure compliance with all federal state and local tax and employment regulations for over 1,000 technical employees. Served as Management Representative for quality program including auditing of internal processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
